Utility Allowance Chart

The utility allowance chart is reviewed annually and changed if needed around July 1 of each year. The following allowances were developed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations 24 CFR 982.517 and have been submitted to the local office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as required. For information on energy efficient allowances please visit Here. The Utility Allowace Charts listed on this page do not apply to the Affordable Public Housing Program.

The Utility Allowance Charts are current as of July 1st, 2016.
