How do I get more information?
If you are a Section 8 participant, call the Housing Authority at (951) 343-5442 and speak with Ed Kreitz.  He will be able to explain more about the FSS program and get you started. You can also email Ed Kreitz at ekreitz@rivco.org

We are participating in a national study of the FSS Program from November 2013 through September 2018. The FSS Program will not change, but between the months of November 2013 and November 2014 the way to enroll was different. All applicants were placed into a lottery where they had a 50/50 chance of getting into FSS. From December 1, 2014 through January 2016, there was an embargo from enrolling new families into FSS, however, we have resumed FSS enrollment. Please attend an orientation session or contact an FSS staff member for more details.
