HOMES for sale

The Housing Authority of the County of Riverside (HACR) has partnered with other agencies to help families purchase homes in Riverside County through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).  These homes were foreclosed homes that were purchased at a required minimum discount, rehabilitated to meet Housing Quality Standards, and are now available for sale to qualified first-time homebuyers.
 

Homebuyer Qualifications:

• Must be a first-time homebuyer
• Must have low-moderate income (Income Limits)
• Must qualify for a loan through a 'primary' lender
• Must attend a 8 hour HUD certified homebuyer education program (HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agencies)
